Behandlungsvereinbarung

Ehemalige Patienten einer psychiatrischen Klinik können für den Fall einer erneuten stationären Aufnahme eine Behandlungsvereinbarung mit der Klinik aufsetzen, in der verschiedene Aspekte individuell festgehalten werden, z.B.:

Medikamente, die in einer Krise verabreicht oder nicht verabreicht werden sollten
Vereinbarung zur Weitergabe von Daten (z.B. an Angehörige oder andere vertraute Personen)
Verinbarungen zum Empfang von Besuch (Welcher Besuch ist explizit erwünscht/unerwünscht?)
Hinweise zur Behandlung (Was ist hilfreich, was weniger hilfreich? Wünsche für den Umgang des Klinikpersonals mit dem Patienten in der Krise, Wünsche an den Therapieplan etc.)
Aufstellung der Dinge, die im Notfall im sozialen Bereich des Patienten zu regeln sind
weitere Absprachen
